The 'Ghar Wapsi' issue is likely to figure in the next meeting of All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) which has alleged that the community's right to religion was being attacked.

AIMPLB General Secretary Maulana Nizamuddin told PTI that a meeting of the Board's Executive Committee would be held at Nadwatul Ulama here on June 7 to discuss measures to counteract alleged conspiracies targeting Muslims in the name of 'Ghar Wapsi' programme and religious conversion.

He said discussions would also be held to evolve strategy on court verdicts affecting Sharia law and measures to be undertaken in such scenarios.
