The opposition AINRC here has flayed the Congress-DMK combine for the "delay" in forming the ministry in Puducherry.
Lok Sabha MP R Radhakrishnan told reporters here today that although a week has passed by since the announcement of the results of the assembly polls, "there is embarrassing delay on the part of the Congress-DMK combine in forming the ministry. It is their responsibility to provide a government to the people. But the delay is a matter of concern," he said.
Congress and DMK together bagged 17 seats in the polls.
Radhakrishnan said AINRC with a strength of eight members in the 30-member assembly will function as a responsible opposition.
