Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha today called on Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju here and discussed the issue of better connectivity of flights from defence airports for the benefit of passengers.
The Air Chief brought to the notice of the Minister various issues relating to Indian Air Force including review of various issues on a quarterly basis pertaining to IAF through mutual consultation between the ministries of civil aviation and defence.
Transfer of land to IAF for operational purposes was also discussed.
