Air India Express will commence Delhi-Dhaka flight from February 16 as the budget carrier seeks to expand the international presence.
The carrier, which is the low-cost arm of national carrier Air India, would inaugurate the operations between Dhaka and Delhi on February 17.
In a release, Air India Express said there would be four weekly flights on the route.

"With the increased operations, the services between India and Dhaka will increase from 4 weekly flights to 8 flights per week," the release said.
Currently, the airline flies to 15 international destinations including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Doha and Singapore. It also has domestic flights.
The carrier has a fleet of 23 Boeing 737 planes.
