Alec Baldwin has teamed up with wife Hilaria Thomas for a yoga video.
The video is part of a fit mother-to-be prenatal yoga DVD that Hilaria will release this week, reported Radar Online.
"I did most of my yoga on my own, but he definitely helped me out. And part of the DVD is partner stretches," Hilaria said.
"Aches and pains are a normal part of pregnancy, and he was really great at helping me alleviate them through yoga stretches," she added.
Hilaria was working as a yoga instructor in Manhattan when she and Baldwin met in 2011.
She said yoga helped her deliver the couple's daughter, Carmen. And it also helps Baldwin to deal with the stress of paparazzi following them around.
