All India Forensic Science conference to begin tomorrow in J-K

"The delegates would be interacting on various issues related to ever increasing demands placed on them vis-a-vis the criminal justice system", Joint Secretary Union Home Ministry Bhagwan Shanker said.

"The collective deliberations and subsequent exchange of information would help all the elements of the Criminal Justice Delivery System in combating the white collar as well as blue collar crimes in the country", Shanker said.

Shanker said 180 research findings have been accepted for oral and poster presentations after a thorough screening process.

Jammu and Kashmir governor N N Vohra will inaugurate the three-day conference to be held at the S K International Convocation Centre here, organised by the Directorate of Forensic Science Services of Union Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with state governments.
