Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said all alleged wrong doings of the previous Congress government in the state were being probed one by one.

"Irregularities committed during the tenure of previous government are being investigated one by one," Khattar said here, adding all the "alleged scams will be exposed".

Khattar also said that Justice S N Dhingra Commission is making inquiries into grant of land licences to some companies including that of Robert Vadra's in four villages of Gurgaon.

His comments have come against the backdrop of Robert Vadra contending that he was being subjected to a "political witch-hunt" and used as a "political tool".

Besides, a probe into the multi-crore fungicide RAXIL scandal has been handed over to CBI, he said.

RAXIL fungicide purchase scandal was highlighted by Haryana's senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka in 2013 when he was posted as the Managing Director of Haryana Seeds Development Corporation (HSDC).

Khattar also said that the matter pertaining to the release of 912 acres land in Manesar in Gurgaon during the previous regime was also being probed by CBI.

The Chief Minister said this in reply to a demand charter presented by a delegation of INLD, led by the party's senior leader and Leader of Opposition Abhay Singh Chautala, who called on him here today, an official release said.

Khattar also claimed that the government had unearthed a scam worth crores of rupees in wheat storage in Ambala, Pehowa, Ismailabad and Palwal.

With INLD alleging paddy scam in the state, Khattar said how much paddy stock remains with the millers would be probed to arrive at the actual figure of stock.

Apart from this, a team headed by Deputy Commissioner in the district, an Additional Chief Secretary-level officer would also be assigned the responsibility at headquarter for investigation of paddy stock, Khattar said.

At the same time, the Chief Minister said that so far no farmer had made any complaint against any 'Arthiyas' or commission agents about irregularities in paddy procurement.

"Paddy is purchased every year and paddy procurement is made by rice millers on behalf of government agencies. Necessary quota for the same is determined. Farmer brings their crop in mandis, sometimes with more than permitted moisture limit of 17 per cent for the crop," Khattar said.

Khattar said that he had visited Karnal grain market where moisture in crop was examined in his presence, which was in excess of 23 per cent.
Khattar also said that the present government had shown

zero tolerance towards corruption. He said various alleged acts of omission and commission during the previous Congress government were being probed and anyone found guilty will be punished as per law.

The Chief Minister also laid foundation stones of projects worth Rs 36 crore for development of Julana Assembly Constituency and gave approval for new projects to the tune of about Rs 100 crore.

Khattar said special projects involving investment of Rs 273 crore would be announced for rural development in the golden jubilee year of the state this year.

Speaking on the occasion, Union Rural Development Minister Birender Singh, said that both Centre and state were following the key mantra of "Sakba Saath-Sabka Vikas".

He said Jind was deprived of development in the last 10 years due to political reasons and for this people of this area would not forgive the leaders responsible.
