Chief Minister Hemant Soren today said the process of recruitment of 40,000 government jobs was being initiated and an all party meeting convened on June 26 would give shape to a policy that would ascertain employment to eligible local inhabitants.
"A total 18,000 posts for teachers are going to be recruited by July first week. And the process of recruitment of 40,000 different government jobs is being initiated," an official release said quoting Soren having said in Dhanbad.
To shape a domicile policy for local inhabitants, an all party meeting would discuss on June 26, he added.
Recently, a committee on domicile policy has submitted its report to the chief minister, on which the all party meeting would deliberate to give a final shape before it goes to cabinet.
