Akhilesh, who was the captain of his side, scored a half centrury in just 24 balls hitting three sixes and six fours. His 50-run knock helped his side score 193 in 20 overs.
In response, the IAS-XI could only manage 182 runs for the loss of six wickets in their quota of 20 overs, thereby losing the match by 11 runs.
While bowling, Akhilesh bagged three wickets for his team.
