District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) Umesh Tripathi today said that as per the directions of District Magistrate Anurag Yadav, no school, including those who had sought special permission, will be allowed to open on the day.
"The special permission taken by some schools to run classes of 10th and 12th has also been cancelled," he said.
Strict action would be initiated against those flouting the order, he added.
