"The coordination committee of the ruling alliance yesterday met under the chairmanship of JMM president Shibu Soren and discussed on various burning issues. We are all concerned about the all-round development of Jharkhand," Ajsu party spokesman Deo Sharan Bhagat told PTI here.
Noting that members of the committee had discussed issues like price rise and displacement problems among others, Bhagat said that the allies were serious in lending a healthy governance and implementation of developmental projects constructively.
"We want to move ahead with a positive mind in the interest of the people and for all round development of Jharkhand. For this, the committee has decided to convene an extended meeting on October 28 in which Chief Minister Arjun Munda and the two deputy chief ministers, Sudesh Mahto and Hemant Soren, will remain present," he added.
He said the coordination committee of the allies would meet every month and there would be an extended meeting bimonthly.
The BJP/JMM/Ajsu/JDU headed by Chief Minister Arjun Munda was formed on September 11, 2010.
Munda will set out on a five-day first phase Road Tour of some districts from October 16 to check, assess and study all the developmental projects taken up by his government.
