Alok Kumar avenged his Point Format final defeat against England's David Causier by carving out a narrow 400-375 win in the World Professional Billiards Championship here.

Alok led a bunch of 14 Indians into the Round of 32 in the Time Format of the tournament.

Both Alok and Causier were under pressure but the veteran Indian cueist maintained his composure, when needed the most, to overcome his English opponent.
