Aluminium prices inched up by 0.26 per cent to Rs 135.45 per kg in futures market today as speculators built up fresh positions, taking positive cues from the spot market on improved demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in March edged up by 35 paise, or 0.26 per cent, to Rs 135.45 per kg in a business turnover of 14 lots.
Likewise, the metal for delivery in April contracts was trading higher by 20 paise, or 0.15 per cent, to Rs 136.20 per kg in 44 lots.
