Actress Amanda Bynes will not be prosecuted for her September 2014 DUI arrest.
On January 22, the Los Angeles City Attorney decided not to prosecute the 28-year-old actress for driving under the influence of Adderall.
According to TMZ, the City Attorney thought he could not sell the case to jury because Bynes' Adderall level in her bloodstream was relatively low during the arrest.
