Actress Amanda Peet thinks her TV show "Togetherness" has much "better writing" than a lot of movie scripts she receives.
The 44-year-old actress is relishing her role as "desperate" Tina Morris on the HBO show because it is so much more interesting than a lot of the scripts she receives, reported People magazine.
"I read a lot of scripts where the role is the girlfriend or the wife and I dutifully hug my husband and wave goodbye as he goes off to pursue the plot of the movie," said Peet, who is married to "Game of Thrones" showrunner David Benioff.
"I'm 44 and I feel like, no offense to anyone, but I'm getting better writing than a lot of movie stars out there.
