Amansa Holding today sold over 4 per cent stake in Triveni Turbine for nearly 194 crore through an open market transaction.
According to the bulk deal data available with BSE, Amansa Holding offloaded 1.54 crore shares or 4.66 per cent stake in Triveni Turbine.
The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 126, resulting into a transaction of Rs 193.75 crore, the data showed.
Among the buyers was Reliance Capital Mutual Fund, which purchased 1.52 crore shares of the firm for Rs 191.52 crore.
Triveni Turbine stock ended the day on BSE at Rs 126.85, down 0.16 per cent from the previous close.
