"Hannibal" won't be revived by either Amazon or Netflix, but hope for a new broadcasting partner remains.
A search for a new network has been ongoing since NBC cancelled "Hannibal" last month, and it continues even after its cast were released from their contracts, reported Digital Spy.
Showrunner Bryan Fuller was asked by a fan on Twitter for an update on Hannibal's future.

Fuller has been incredibly candid about the future of Hannibal since its NBC cancellation, acknowledging that there's just a "50//50 chance" of a fourth season.
The writer has also admitted that he wasn't particularly surprised that NBC brought the axe down on the drama series, which has been critically-acclaimed but little-seen over three seasons.
"NBC has really given us a long leash with which to tell our stories," he explained in June. "I'm glad that we had the first three years - and hopefully we'll have another year someplace else."
Despite US ratings for "Hannibal" falling to new lows, a fan petition to save the series has now surpassed 76,000 signatures.
