Actor turned-politician and Karnataka Housing Minister Ambareesh, hospitalised here since 21 after he complained of breathlessness, was today shifted to Singapore by an air ambulance for further treatment.
He was shifted from the Vikram Hospital here and admitted to the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore in a stable state. Doctors from both the hospitals accompanied him in the journey.
"He has reached Singapore in a stable state and admitted under care of Dr Ong of Mount Elizabeth Hospital," Vikram Hospital Media Coordinator Abdul Hafeez told PTI here.
Ambareesh had been shifted as desired by his family members, he said.
