800 US dollar (USD) of an American tourist was stolen from a locker of a hotel in Uniara garden area here, police said today.
One Erin Burt (26), along with her brother Banning Burt (25), hailing from California in USA, checked in the Pick Travel guest house-cum-hotel on Tuesday and kept the dollars in its locker, they said.
The tourists when yesterday opened the locker they found the money missing from it, police said.
On the basis of Erin's complaint, an FIR was lodged with the Motidungari police, they said.
The hotel management was being interrogated in this connection but so far no result come out, the police added.
