BJP national president Amit Shah today kicked off the 'Mahasampark Abhiyan' of BJP's Eastern Zone in Howrah district and stressed the need to reach out to the masses and spread the achievements of the one-year-old NDA government at the Centre.
The eastern zone of the 'Mahasampark Abhiyan' consists of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Sikkim and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Alongwith Shah, BJP's general secretary (organisation) Ram Lal, newly appointed observer for Bengal Kailash Vargey and other BJP leaders including Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das were present.
