BJP President Amit Shah today launched a new outreach initiative to meet and redress the grievances of party workers from across the country.
The initiative, launched on the occasion of the party's foundation day today, saw a large number of party workers meeting him and airing their suggestions to help further strengthen the party at the grassroots.
Partymen also aired their grievances to him, which were patiently heard by Shah and an assurance given to them for looking into them and redressing them soon.

The BJP chief had announced the programme of meeting party workers every first and third Monday of the month with an aim to establish closer contact with them that would also help get valuable suggestions from the ground level.
This would also help redressal of grievances of party workers. Some Ministers have already been deputed for meeting party workers and redressing their grievances at the party office for two hours everyday.
Shah's programme started in the wake of the RSS, BJP's ideological fountainhead, expressing concerns over losing contact with the ground-level workers in the wake of t he party's defeat in Delhi assembly polls.
Other senior leaders of the party, including general secretary Bhupinder Yadav, were also present during today's meeting Shah had with party workers.
