Amitabh Bachchan warns fans against his fake Twitter account

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has called upon his admirers to be aware of the fake Twitter account by his name.

The 72-year-old "Piku" star said the micro-blogging account which does not have a tick mark next to his name on the site is a false one.

"CAUTION: @SrBachchanc... Notice the 'c' added... This is a FAKE account, not done by me... Please refrain from communicating to it," Bachchan posted on Twitter.

There are many fake accounts by the name of the actor have been doing rounds on Twitter.

After tasting success with "Piku" as a hypochondriac father, Bachchan will be next seen in "Wazir". In the film, he is playing a a paralysed chess player.
