AMU sends report to NAAC seeking accreditation

Aligarh Muslim University has prepared a report to seek accreditation from NAAC, a national body that assesses institutions of higher education in the country.

AMU Vice Chancellor Lt.Gen. (retired) Zameer Uddin Shah today said that the report was being sent to National Assessment and Accreditation Council.

This follows government's order making it mandatory for all educational institutions to get NAAC accreditation.
