Amy Winehouse's father says no to biopic

Singer Amy Winehouse's father does not want a biopic to be made about his late daughter.

Mitch Winehouse's said he would rather like a concert to be arranged in memory of his late daughter, reported Contactmusic.

"I don't really want to do a biopic. A concert would be amazing, but it's actually getting it together with the (record label).

"It sounds great in theory, but in practise it's not so easy. We are talking about it though," he said.

The 'Valerie' hitmaker had died of alcohol poisoning at the age of 27 in July 2011, after a very public battle with alcohol and drug addiction.
