Andhra Pradesh vice president of BJP Ranga Mohan passes away

Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Andhra Pradesh state vice-president B Ranga Mohan passed away due to illness while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad today.

He was 53. He is survived by his wife and daughter.

According to BJP sources, Ranga Mohan was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad and underwent surgery to reduce his body weight on September 16.

However, his health condition became serious later due to infection and he passed away today morning due to multiple organ failure, party sources said.

His body is being brought to the city for his cremation scheduled for tomorrow.
