The 30-year-old actress, who won the best supporting actress Golden Globe for her role in 'Les Miserables', was quick to nix the rumours after Italian-American celebrity news personality Giuliana Rancic sparked baby talk at the award ceremony, reported Daily Mail.
"She's not pregnant," her spokesperson Stephen Huvane.
Hathaway certainly showed no hint of a bump as she arrived at the ceremony in a white skirt and corset.
