Congress leader Vijay Bahuguna today said the announcements made during his tenure as Chief Minister should be implemented.
"There has been a change in leadership in the state, not a change in power. I feel that the announcements I made as a Chief Minister should be implemented," Bahuguna told reporters.
After handing over the post of Chief Minister to Harish Rawat in February, Bahuguna had his eyes set on a Rajya Sabha seat from the state for months but eventually lost out to Manorama Sharma Dobriyal.
On being questioned if he is still set on his demand for the removal of Progressive Democratic Front ministers from the Cabinet, Bahuguna said, "Those who should understand, they know what I am demanding.
