The special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court here has granted bail to one more accused arrested in the 2006 Aurangabad arms haul case.
Mushtaque Ahmed Muhammed Ishaque is third accused to get bail in the case. There are in all 22 accused, including alleged Laskkar-e-Toaiba operative and key plotter of 26/11 terror strikes Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal.
"Ishaque was granted bail yesterday on the ground of parity after we argued that the Bombay High court recently granted bail to two accused who were arrested for similar role in this case," said advocate Shahid Nadeem.

On May 8, 2006, a Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad chased a Tata Sumo and an Indica car on Chandwad-Manmad highway near Aurangabad and arrested three men and seized 30 kg of RDX, 10 AK-47 assault rifles and 3,200 bullets.
Jundal, who was driving Indica, escaped and later fled to Pakistan via Bangladesh.
The special MCOCA court on August 17 last year framed charges against the 22 arrested accused.
