A PSA detention warrant issued by the state Home Department against Khalid Parvez alias Junaid has been executed by Samba Police and he was arrested today, a police officer said.

Two days ago, a notorious criminal, Sandeep Singh, was detained in Samba after a PSA warrant was issued against him from the District Magistrate, Samba. He was allegedly involved in a number of heinous criminal cases.
