Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain's New York City condo is now available for rent.

According to TMZ, one can live at the high-floor condo at swanky Time Warner Center associated with the globetrotting TV personality by paying USD 14,200 per month.

Property records, however, indicate the house was never owned by Bourdain, 61, who committed suicide in his hotel room while shooting his hit travel show "Parts Unknown" in France in early June.

He is likely to have leased the property at some point after his 2016 split from his second wife, Ottavia Busia.

Situated on the 64th-floor of the twin-towered complex across from always bustling Columbus Circle at the southwest corner of Central Park, the 1,283-square-foot aerie has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and picturesque city and Hudson River views through floor-to-ceiling picture windows.

The condominium also houses an extensive health club and spa with swimming pool, a resident's lounge and private screening room, a landscaped terrace, and an on-site parking garage.

Bourdain and Busia paid USD 3.35 million for a two-unit combination apartment on a low floor of a full-service high-rise on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in late 2013.

As per records, Busia retains ownership of the three-bedroom and three-bathroom unit.
