Attacking the coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir for its "failure" on all fronts, Bhartiya Gujjar Mahasabha today said that any future alliance with NC will prove to be a disaster for Congress.
"The government has failed on all fronts, particularly in solving problems of youth, due to its wrong policies. If Congress continues its alliance, it will have to pay a price for the failures of the NC," BJM president Eshfaq-ur-Rehman Poswal said in a statement.
"Chief Minister talks of creating jobs for the youth, but lakhs of them are still jobless. Even the state government employees and pensioners have been agitating for the last many years for their genuine demands, which are yet to be fulfilled," he said.
The BJM leader said that the continuation of alliance would mean that "Congress has surrendered its ideology, approach and identity.
