Andhra Pradesh Government is working with software giant Wipro to develop State Enterprise Architecture (APSEA) which will create a digital repository of state's data and also work with all departments on its vision.
During a meeting with Wipro executives at Secretariat here today, state chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu told them about his meeting with Wipro chairman Azim Premji and the company's chief strategy officer Rishad Premji at the World Economic Forum at Davos recently.
The APSEA project has been kickstarted following the CM's meeting with Premji.

IT Advisor J Satyanarayana informed Naidu that the project would be carried out in two phases wherein phase one includes primary domain departments that are linked to social welfare while phase two the secondary domain departments.
For this, the IT Department is working with the Planning Department to obtain data.
The department will soon hold a "Vision Workshop" as the part of phase 1 of the project with all secretaries of the department and explain how APSEA will work.
As part of this, a welfare group will be working with departments to gather data and create an e-locker which will have a repository of data of every citizen in the state and their socio-economic profile, Aadhaar details, education, benefits he/she is availing from the government etc.
