Police today seized unaccounted-for cash of Rs 29.30 lakh in two Assembly segments in the Krishna district during the routine vehicle checks.
Vehicles are being checked in view of the elections.
Police seized Rs 16.50 lakh cash near Nagavarpadu check post on Gudivada-Eluru road and Rs 2.27 lakh cash on the Gudivada-Pamarru road check post.
Further, Rs 10.54 lakh cash was seized in Tiruvur AMC check post of Tiruvur Assembly segment today.
