Private health insurer Apollo Munich today announced the launch of India's first travel insurance chatbot, Travel Ninja, which will enable its customers to secure their trip in an easier and faster way.
Travel Ninja is the first chatbot in the Indian travel insurance industry to sell travel insurance policies to its customers, the company said in a release issued here.
"The chatbot is designed in a way that will boost our customer service quality by offering both speed and accuracy. Now, if a customer realises they need travel insurance even as they are waiting for their flight at the airport, they will not hesitate before buying a plan, as it would just take them 5 minutes," Apollo Munich Health Insurance Chief Executive Officer Antony Jacob said.

Mumbai: Global travel market place Ezeego1.Com today opened a new franchise store in the city, to cater to the growing travel demands in South Mumbai.
The outlet will provide a bouquet of travel services from leading travel suppliers from India and overseas, the company said in a release issued here.

Mumbai: Taxi hailing app Uber recently appointed Sanjay Gupta as the head of marketing for Uber India.
With over 15 years of experience in brand and consulting, Gupta will focus on further strengthening brand Uber in India, a statement from the company said.
Prior to joining Uber, Sanjay was the Chief Marketing Officer at Urban Ladder. He also spent a 10-year stint at Marico.
