Amar Singh moved an application, the third of its kind, in the ACJM court (CBI) cases citing his share in Bishnoi's property.

The court has listed the matter for hearing on Wednesday.

Earlier, objecting to the attachment proceedings, her mother Amri Devi had moved an application in the court on the ground that as far as the ancestral property of 4 villages is concerned, Bishnoi's share was not clearly defined.

Bishnoi's children had filed another application in the court this year objecting to the attachment of one of her houses, which is under her sole ownership, citing that they were dependent on the income obtained from its rent.

"The attachment will deprive them of this income," the application had said.

The court has already completed the hearing on Devi's application after she failed to turn up before it despite three reminders.

Senior Special Counsel, Ashok Joshi, said the investigating agency has to submit its reply on the fresh application by Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the trial of the case continued today with 6 accused of the total 17 appearing in the ACJM (SC/ST Cases) court.

As many as 5 accused-- including Mahipal Maderna, Malkhan Singh and Paras Ram-- did not appear on health grounds.

Arguments on framing of charges on Amarchand have been completed and now only the ones for Paras Ram are left, which will also be completed on Wednesday, Joshi said.

With this, the arguments on framing of charges on all the 17 accused will be completed.
