Ahead of the start of the Assembly session on December 4, Chief Minister O Panneerselvam today said DMK legislators would invite 'appropriate action' if they infringed the rights of other members and besmirched the dignity of the House.
Reacting to a remark by DMK treasurer M K Stalin that he expects the government to allow issues to be raised in the ensuing session, Panneerselvam said," the rights of all the members will be protected if they conduct themselves in a manner befitting the House."
"They (DMK) will only invite appropriate response (action) if they infringe the rights of other members and besmirch the dignity of the House."
