Aptus Value Housing Finance has raised Rs 270 crore to meet its expansion plans, a top company official said here today.
Aptus Value Housing has raised Rs 245 crore from WestBridge Capital Partners, LLC and Rs 25 crore from India Financial Inclusion Fund, the company said in a statement.
Chennai-based Aptus is planning to target the under-served housing market with ticket size ranging from Rs five lakh to Rs 15 lakh.

"We are very excited to have WestBridge, one of the leading PE investors in India, strengthening the partnership further with Aptus and the management team," Aptus Value Housing Founder-CEO M Anandan said.
"This round of investment will fund the expansion of Aptus' network and AUM over the next four years with a projected portfolio of over Rs 5,000 crore," he said.
