The conference, to be attended by 120 Indian Ambassadors and High Commissioners from across the world, would provide an opportunity to them to interact with the country's senior policymakers, official spokesperson in the Ministry of External Affairs Syed Akbaruddin said.
The conference will brainstorm on various issues and challenges that confront India's foreign policy, he said.
External Affairs Minister S M Krishna will inaugurate the conference and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will also speak at the conference which will also feed on the viewpoints and issues discussed in the past six regional conferences of HoMs, he said.
