An Argentinian All Stars team, led by the president of Associacion Argentina de Polo (AAP), Eduardo Novillo Astrada, kicked off a 16-day three-test tour of India, beginning with the first in Jodhpur Saturday.
The tour spans Royal State of Rajasthan starting with Jodhpur and Jaipur followed by two test matches at the Jaipur Polo Grounds, New Delhi on January 5 and 12.
In between, the renowned Argentines will also play the newly instituted 'The Argentine Ambassador's Polo Cup' in the presence of the country's Ambassador to India, Daniel Chuburu, on January 11 at the La Pegasus Polo Center in Gurgaon.
The tour is being produced and hosted by Sanjay Jindal, founder of Ess Jay Pegasus Sports Foundation and La Pegasus Polo.
