Armaan Ebrahim gets 'Young Achiever Award'

Indian race car driver Armaan Ebrahim was presented the 'Young Achiever Award' by Rotary Club of Madras here today in recognition of his achievement.

25-year-old Ebrahim, son of former F3 Champion Akbar Ebrahim, has won both National Karting and National Racing Championship at the age of 14. He also became the youngest driver to drive the A1 Grand Prix when he was 16 years old, Rotary Club of Madras said in a release.

After presenting the award to Ebrahim at a function, Rotary Club of Madras President, S N Srikanth, said, "It is an honour to present this award to Armaan. It is also a delight for the Rotary Club of Madras to give away this award for his tremendous achievement in the field of formula racing".
