The incident took place at Luthra Jewellers in Khayla at around 4:35 PM, police said
Two armed men entered the showroom as customers and then held the owners -- Ashwani Luthra and Subhash Luthara -- along with their staff hostage and robbed ornaments.
Later, the robbers fled the spot, police was informed.
