Army chief Gen Bikram Singh arrived here today on a three-day visit to the city.
A defence release said that the Army chief is scheduled to attend a mega ex-servicemen rally, being organised by Eastern Command on Sunday at the RCTC grounds.
He was received on arrival at the RCTC helipad by GoC-in-C Eastern command Lt Gen Dalbir Singh and GoC Bengal area Lt Gen A K Choudhary.
