"The briefing scheduled for today has been postponed and new dates will be finalised for it soon. The reasons for its postponement are not known," Army sources said here.
The Army chief was scheduled to apprise the Prime Minister about the shortages of critical weapon systems faced by the Army and the need for having an offensive mountain corps in the northeastern sector along the Sino-India border.
