Army felicitates 30 graduate students of Nursing college

Thirty budding nursing students of College of Nursing attached to Army Hospital (R&R) today adorned the uniform to begin their journey in the profession of Nursing.

A special lamp lighting ceremony was held here, in which the lamp was passed from Additional DGMNS Maj Gen Sunita Kapoor to Maj Gen Sushila Shahi, PM AH(R&R) which in turn was passed from the teachers to the students emphasizing on the passing of knowledge and soft skill from one generation to the next.

Chief Guest for the ceremony, Lt Gen MK Unni, Commandant Army Hospital (R&R) gave away prizes to the meritorious students.
 

He stressed that the students should not only enhance their knowledge, skill and competence but also learn the techniques of soft skills.

Maj Gen Sushila Shahi delivered the Florence Nightingale pledge to the new entrants in this profession.
