Lieutenant General MMS Rai, AVSM, VSM, GOC-IN-C Easter Command called on Sikkim Chief Minster Pawan Chamling at his official residence Mintokgang, this evening here in the capital.
During the brief meeting Lieutenant General MMS Rai, expressed happiness to see the state striving towards prosperity and credited the Chief Minister for the overall development of the state.
The changes in the state of Sikkim and the developments are very visible and other infrastructural development which are taking place in Sikkim are commendable, added the GOC.
