The police have arrested an army personnel here and seized 27 bottles of Haryana-made smuggled liquor from him.
Lance Nayak Shiv Shankar, posted in Delhi, was arrested last night from Sector 37 Lal Quarter Market area, police said.
An FIR was lodged against him at the Sector-39 police station under relevant sections of the Excise Act, they added.
