Hearing on the regular bail application of Banki MLA Pravat Kumar Tripathy, who is in jail in a chitfund scam case, was adjourned yet again today.
Justice Shatrughna Pujahari posted the matter to be heard again on February 27.
Arrested by CBI on October 31 last year for his alleged links with chit fund company Arthatatwa and with its CMD Pradeep Sethy, Tripathy is now behind the bars for nearly four months.
The beleaguered former chief whip of ruling BJD was suspended from the party soon after his arrest.
