The Pakistani national, who was arrested by Border Security Force (BSF) while trying to enter the Indian side in Kanahchak sector of Jammu, was today handed back to Pakistani side.
"The Pakistani national, Akram Shah (34), a resident of Kotli Saidwali was arrested last evening when he was trying to enter the Indian territory after crossing the International Border was today handed back the Pakistani rangers," a BSF officer said.
After his arrest, he was handed over to the Police who found him to be mentally disturbed.
He said that the Pakistan rangers were informed about him and later he was handed over to them after completing all the legal formalities.
