Dipak Devrani (ninth), Holicharan Narzary (26th), Milan Singh (57th) and Alwyn George (84th) fired in a goal each to notch the biggest win for the AIFF developmental outfit.

Eric Brown got the lone goal for ONGC in the 21st minute.

Arrows tallied 14 points while ONGC remained in the relegation zone with five points after nine rounds.

Goalkeeper Prosenjit Ghosh became ONGC's third player this season to be red-carded when he made a serious foul on Arrows' forward Narzary in the 54th minute as referee Arun Pillai of SCCB sent him off.

Earlier, defender Sandeep Singha (against East Bengal) and midfielder Katsumi Yusa (against Mumbai FC) were also red-carded in ONGC's previous matches.

Arrows started aggressively when Devrani gave the lead with a fine header from a Tirthankar Sarkar free-kick.

ONGC equalised from a brilliant left-footed pile driver from Brown that beat Arrows goalkeeper Ravi Kumar all ends up.

But the celebration did not last long as Arrows regained the lead when Narzary completed a fine solo goal.

Narzary showed good skills inside the ONGC box as he dribbled past defender Bimal Minz and squared off ONGC custodian Prosenjit Ghosh before finding the net.

As ONGC were reduced to 10 players in the second-half, Milan Singh converted from the resultant penalty.

ONGC earned a chance to reduce the margin in the 77th minute when David Lalrinmuana beat Ravi Kumar with a nice placement but Arrows defender Souvik Ghosh was on the ball and cleared it from the line to keep the scoreline intact.

George nodded home a cross from Narayan Das to complete the rout and hand Arrows their best win of the season which came after a hat-trick of losses.
