This was finalized at the meeting held between plan panel Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Chief Minister Nabam Tuki at New Delhi, officials said here.

The increase has been made possible as the state has shown an average annual growth rate of 10.8 per cent during the first four years of the 11th Five Year Plan compared to the national average growth rate of 8.15 per cent.
